All applications will be reviewed after the application deadline.
Teams will be notified by the Tournament Director regarding whether their application has been accepted or declined.
Teams that are accepted will receive an official confirmation email with payment instructions. Full payment is required within 72 hours (3 days) of acceptance to secure your spot in the tournament. Failure to submit payment within the 72-hour window may result in the team’s spot being forfeited and offered to another team.
